We see Twitter as a two-way street: it’s a great place to let our audience know about recent articles, upcoming webinars, relevant e-books, and events. However, it’s also our way to stay current and hear from our audience about what’s going on and learn about timely issues and engage with them in a real-time way.

#SMTLive accompanies our weekly Best Thinkers Webinar series, which happens live every . We cover a wide array of social business topics, including customer service, data, employee advocacy, real-time marketing, listening, and more. We bring top brands and thought leaders to share case studies and best practices in a conversational manner.
What inspired the chat?
We wanted a place for webinar attendees to talk about and share the content they were learning live on the webinar, while also giving them a chance to ask the panelists questions. #SMTLive has grown to become as popular as our webinars, and we couldn’t imagine doing a webinar without the TweetChat to accompany. The TweetChat allows for the conversational aspect of the webinar to flourish beyond the panelists.
