Jirachi is a Mythical Pokmon introduced in Generation III. It is a Steel/Psychic type Pokmon that is known for its ability to grant wishes. In Pokmon Emerald, Jirachi can be obtained by completing the Jirachi event. To start the event, the player must speak to Professor Birch in Littleroot Town. He will give the player the Go-Rock, which is needed to awaken Jirachi. The player must then take the Go-Rock to the Abandoned Ship in Pacifidlog Town. Once inside the ship, the player must use the Go-Rock on the pedestal in the center of the room. This will awaken Jirachi, and the player will be able to battle it. After defeating Jirachi, the player will be able to catch it.
Jirachi is a powerful Pokmon that can be a valuable asset to any team. It has a high Special Attack stat, and it can learn a variety of powerful moves, including Psychic, Thunderbolt, and Iron Head. Jirachi also has the ability Serene Grace, which increases the chance of additional effects occurring when it uses moves. This makes Jirachi a great choice for using status moves, such as Thunder Wave and Toxic.
