Shift lock is a feature on many keyboards that allows you to type uppercase letters without having to hold down the shift key. This can be useful for typing long passages of text in all caps, or for entering passwords and other sensitive information where you don’t want to accidentally type lowercase letters.
To enable shift lock, simply press the Shift Lock key on your keyboard. This key is typically located on the left side of the keyboard, next to the Caps Lock key. Once shift lock is enabled, all subsequent letters you type will be in uppercase until you press the Shift Lock key again to disable it.
