Opening a Swingline heavy-duty stapler is a simple process that can be completed in a few steps. First, locate the small, round button on the back of the stapler. Press this button and the top of the stapler will pop open, allowing you to access the stapler’s interior.
Once the stapler is open, you can remove the old staples and insert new ones. To do this, simply pull the metal spring out of the stapler and insert the new staples into the slot. Once the new staples are in place, push the spring back into the stapler and close the top.
