Kyogre is a Water-type Legendary Pokmon introduced in Generation III. It is the mascot of Pokmon Sapphire and is the counterpart of Groudon. Kyogre is a large, whale-like Pokmon with a blue body and white stripes. It has a long, flowing tail and a pair of fins on its back. Kyogre is said to be able to control the seas and is often associated with rain and storms.
In Pokmon Emerald, Kyogre can be found at the end of the Seafloor Cavern. To reach the Seafloor Cavern, the player must first obtain the Dive HM from Steven Stone in Mossdeep City. Once the player has the Dive HM, they can use it to dive into the water at the entrance to the Seafloor Cavern. The player will then need to navigate through the Seafloor Cavern, which is a maze-like underwater area. At the end of the Seafloor Cavern, the player will find Kyogre.
