Fortunately, players have the ability to call upon their trusty steed to make traversing the land much easier and swifter. Summoning a horse in Skyrim is a straightforward process that can be accomplished with just a few simple steps.
To call your horse, simply open the console by pressing the tilde key (~) and type the command “player.addspell 0009C7A8”. This will add the “Summon Arvak” spell to your character’s spellbook. Once the spell has been added, you can equip it to any of your character’s spellcasting hands.
