Latias is a Psychic/Dragon-type Legendary Pokmon introduced in Generation III. It is the counterpart of Latios and is exclusive to Pokmon Emerald. Latias is a powerful Pokmon with high Special Attack and Speed stats, making it a valuable addition to any team.
To get Latias in Pokmon Emerald, you must first defeat the Sootopolis City Gym Leader, Wallace. After defeating Wallace, you will be able to access the Abandoned Ship, which is located on Route 108. Inside the Abandoned Ship, you will find Latias. You must battle and defeat Latias in order to catch it.
