Telekinesis, also known as psychokinesis, is the alleged ability to move objects with the mind. It is a pseudoscience and there is no scientific evidence to support its existence.
Despite the lack of evidence, telekinesis has been a popular subject of speculation and investigation for centuries. In the early 19th century, the Fox sisters claimed to have communicated with spirits through telekinesis. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, a number of psychics and mediums claimed to have telekinetic abilities. However, these claims have never been scientifically verified.
