Unfortunately, it is not possible to return skins on Fortnite. Once a skin is purchased, it is permanently added to the player’s account and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
This policy is in place to prevent fraud and abuse, and to ensure that all players have a fair and equal opportunity to obtain skins. However, Epic Games does offer a refund policy for other in-game purchases, such as V-Bucks and Save the World.
